At the Jeremy Foundation, Inc. we fulfill our mission through three major programs.
-Direct Financial assistance to families of children in outpatient or in patient treatment.
-Outreach to inform the community about the effects of childhood cancer.
-Networking with organizations and businesses  to provide services for families in need.
