| Changing The Family Focus |
When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the family becomes focused on the medical issues.
Lives are put on hold and family members experience the most stressful wearisome and difficult
times of their family’s lives. The Jeremy Foundation wants to change the focus of the family, even
if only for a short time, by providing parent care package containing gas cards, phone cards, parking
vouchers and change for vending machines. Offer words of encouragement, and smiles and great big
hugs.

Our Mission
Jeremy Foundation, Inc. will be networking with pediatric hospitals to identify and help children with
cancer. We help any child with cancer whose family is able to demonstrate financial need regardless
of socio-economic status prior to diagnosis. The Jeremy Foundation serves children from birth to age eighteen and their families.
The Jeremy Foundation, Inc. is committed to securing for all families with children receiving treatments the opportunity to be financially burden free. The Jeremy Foundation is further committed to reducing the families that are in financial burden through support of families, friends and community. Founded in July 23,2003 Jeremy Foundation Inc. works to increase public awareness of childhood cancer through education and community programs. The heart of the Jeremy Foundation exists in its dedicated support of children with cancer and their families as they face life’s next devastating moments.
